COS (Collection of Style, the new-born brand of H&M) just opened in France, so of course I needed to see that for myself. I liked the shop, but still found it a bit posh. I brought back, as a souvenir, this grey top, very light and with a perfect cut. The jacket is from New Look, it's a size 42 (size 14) ...

COS vient d'ouvrir à Paris (Hallelujah), je suis donc allée jeté un coup d'oeil. Pour un compte rendu détaillé de cette virée, RDV ici. J'ai ramené en souvenir ce haut gris, très souple et avec un tombé parfait (quoique un peu décolleté, en société, je crois que je mettrais quelque chose en dessous). La veste elle vient de New Look, et c'est du 42 ...

Last week, I was sorting out my closet, and I came accross an ugly skirt. The cut was awful, and the fabric not quite flattering. I was about to throw it away, but at the last moment, I decided that I could use it to make some experiment. So I cut it, worked with it, and eventually, this top was born ! The fabric is still not very flattering, but I think it works better as a top than as a skirt.

La semaine dernière, j'étais en train de trier mes placards, quand je suis tombé sur une jupe, une horrible jupe datant du collège, avec une coupe ringarde et une matiere a faire hurler. J'allais la jater, quand j'ai finalement décidé de la garder pour expérimenter un peu. Hop, mes ciseaux en main, j'ai transformé la jupe en top, et voilà le résultat ! La matière est toujours relativement désagréable, mais je suis prete à faire quelque concession maintenant que la coupe me plait !

Last week I went to Dublin and it was great ! I appreicated how polite people are out there ! and the shops are amazing, not to mention that Dublin is a great city, beautiful and alive !
